Hi, I’m Karen, the heart behind Hibiscus Events. Based in West Sussex, I’m an experienced event producer with a passion for detail, creativity, and bringing people together. With over 20 years of experience working alongside leading agencies and renowned brands, I bring a wealth of expertise in design, planning, and delivery.

From intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, my tailored approach ensures each client enjoys a personalised journey of creativity, meticulous organisation, and flawless execution. I am passionate about designing experiences that are not only unforgettable but also meaningful - supporting local communities and embracing conscious, sustainable practices at every stage.

Hibiscus Events was born from my love of creating experiences that truly reflect the people they celebrate. I believe it’s the personal touches - the thoughtful details and the intention behind every choice - that elevate an event from memorable to extraordinary.

Communication & Marketing

We bring your event story to life across every platform. From invitations and branded content to photography, video, live social media, and digital campaigns, we capture key moments and create content that resonates.
